was actually known to most of them, but still, the comparison must have seemed necessary. Like they would have been passing up some kind of important opportunity if they did not voice it. In any case I've been glad to be free of these sorts of comparisons for a while with my relatively boring hair. But rather recently I started shaving it...

Well, today my mom said "you look like Moby." Now, what she really ought to have said was "Moby looks like you," but even aside from that, this event was troubling. Does this signal the beginning of a whole new round of highly annoying comparisons?
